Boot size for older Snyder Super Deluxe plates WHEEL recommendations

I have a set of Snyder Super Deluxe plates from the 80s in size 6

I originally had WIFA boots on them in size 37.5

I am now a 38.5 -39. What do you think about keeping these plates and just sizing up on the boot?

Any opinions on boots? Probably going to do more spinning than jumping to start and free dance/dance.

Meanwhile I got hold of some nice retro blue suede outdoor skates I want to at least put a decent set of indoor wheels on.

I used to skate on excaliburs and belair perfections - the rinks around here are sealed concrete and quite grippy. I want to be able to spin well, and do some basic artistic moves on these wheels while I work on getting the Snyder skates set up.

What's your opinion for wheels/bearings?

    Roll-Line Giotto wheels for spinning well. For a grippy surface I recommend 49D mixed with 53D.

    So. this is the firsti time I am seeing 49. D. <---- for the durometer. I assume this is a different medium than polyurethane. I used to use the vanathane wheels -

    Yep that's right, it's thermoplastic instead of urethane.

    Roll-Line makes urethane wheels for freestyle too that are also good.

    I just found this set on Ebay for super cheap, they seem slightly used and slightly old (old version of the leopards), but would work for a grippy surface. I would buy them but I just got new wheels :((((

    They look to be mostly mustangs 97a and leopards 99a, which I've used before and they work pretty well.
